Downtime Assassin Client Referral Program Terms and Conditions

How it works

You earn a credit worth 5% of your referral’s monthly service fees, applied to your invoices for their first six months with us. Refer more than one business and the credits stack. The business you refer starts with their first month of managed services on us, with the standard onboarding fee waived.

Program terms

• A referral qualifies when you introduce a business we’ve had no prior contact with and they sign up to one of our managed service plans. We welcome referrals from any industry, though acceptance is at our discretion and depends on whether the business is a good fit for our services.

• Your 5% credit is calculated on the referred client’s monthly service fees and applied to your invoices for six months, starting from their first full month with us. Credits aren’t backdated to past invoices.
• The credit runs for six months and then ends automatically — no action needed on your part.
• Credits apply up to the value of your invoice and aren’t redeemable for cash.
• The referred business’s welcome offer — first month of managed services free, plus waived onboarding — applies to new managed service agreements and is confirmed at sign-up.
• We may update or close the program from time to time. If we close the program, we’ll give 30 days’ notice. Any change won’t affect credits already in progress — if your referral is active and within their six-month window, your credit continues uninterrupted until it expires naturally.
