Downtime Assassin Client Referral Program Terms and Conditions
- This referral program is available to existing clients of Downtime Assassin whose accounts are in good standing at the time the referral is made.
- A referral will be deemed valid where the referred business is not an existing or previous client of Downtime Assassin, is introduced directly by the referring client, and subsequently enters into a binding service agreement with Downtime Assassin.
- If a client refers a prospect who signs a service agreement and starts services, the client will receive a referral credit equal to 5% of that prospect’s ongoing service fees (GST exclusive service fee), applied to the client’s invoices for as long as the prospect remains a client. For instance, if the referred prospect is billed $5,000 per month, the referring client will receive a $250 credit on their invoice for that month.
- The referral credit applied to any invoice will not exceed the total value of that invoice. Credits cannot create a negative balance and are not redeemable for cash.
- Referral discounts will be applied to all future invoices while both the referring client and the referred client remain active paying clients of Downtime Assassin. If either the referred client or the referring client cancels, suspends, or otherwise ceases services, the referral discount (and any associated credits) will cease immediately and no further discounts will apply.
- Referral discounts will be applied to future invoices only and will not be applied retrospectively to invoices already issued or paid.
- Clients may make multiple referrals. Referral discounts will be combined to further reduce the monthly service fee, however cannot exceed the total value.
- Referral discounts are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may not be assigned or exchanged for any other benefit.
- Self-referrals, referrals within the same business entity, or referrals involving related parties are not eligible for this program.
- Downtime Assassin reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a referral qualifies under this program.
- Downtime Assassin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
