Office 365 users will now receive daily emails from Microsoft’s AI , Cortana. Microsoft advises ‘Cortana is Microsoft’s personal productivity assistant that helps you save time and focus attention on what matters most.’
The Daily Briefing Email helps you stay on top of your calendar. The emails include options to help you better prepare for your day including:
These emails pull information from your emails and calendar to get the best information catered to you.
What if I haven’t received any emails from Cortana yet?
Cortana may not yet have enough data to provide you with a daily briefing email yet. The more you use Teams, Outlook and SharePoint the better your emails will become. There is also a possibility you have unsubscribed.
What if I don’t want to receive these emails any more?
You can unsubscribe by visiting https://cortana.office.com (while logged into Office 365) or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of each email.
